Do you want to make a difference in your membership organization?  NARHA is the leading authority on Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies, having established and continuing to add to and refine the standards used by the entire industry.  As a volunteer contributing to one of more than 25 program committees that are working on issues ranging from the welfare of the horse to the technical issues associated in working with individuals with special needs, there is a place for a diversity of skills and talents to be deployed on the industry’s behalf.

The content experts working on NARHA’s many initiatives and programs are its volunteers.  The work of the association is done largely on conference calls, in face-to-face meetings and email and phone call exchanges that occur daily among and between more than 200 active and hard-working NARHA volunteers.
